Twin river casino hotel reviews

VIP parking lot is nice, but why doesn’t room key allow access? Why must you open car door and climb out of your passenger car to reach call button to be buzzed in? Why aren’t you asked for registration plate upon check in? Why do you have to return to front desk and wait in line again after buzzed in to give plate? Pool and fitness room were very nice and clean. On the way, you pass at least five or six sets of emergency exits, any one of which could have been used as a hotel entrance. Then you wander down a semi-smoke filled never ending hallway that ends at front desk. We wandered past coat room to security to ask for hotel entrance to be directed to literally a cut out hallway beyond coat room. The access to hotel entrance is inconvenient and never ending.

It also added to the overall attractiveness of the room. Frankly, I preferred this as I believe cleanliness will be better maintained and air quality was excellent inside the hotel. There is no carpeting but hard floors which may allow footsteps to echo, but we had no issue. We did not find it noisy, perhaps because it was a Sunday night. We were not brave enough to navigate the smoke filled casino so we drove offsite to a restaurant. Disappointed that there was no coffee or snacks served in hotel itself.

Do have to agree with other reviewers that I missed an in room coffee maker. We booked one night and were aware casino was not really smoke free in any way but wanted to check out the hotel.
